Throughout my life, I have suffered from headaches and oftentimes, migraines. In addition, I have always struggled with anxiety. Activities such as martial arts, sports, running and various types of physical fitness were always great outlets for me. In 2012 someone suggested I try massage. Prior to that, I assumed massage was only something people did as a luxury. Shortly after my first massage the frequency, duration, and intensity of my headaches decreased dramatically and my anxiety was more manageable as I felt mentally and emotionally balanced. I quickly realized the necessity of massage in my overall health as I had more energy and was able to recover from exercise much faster. My quality of life had remarkably improved and massage therapy changed my life. That is how my passion became my career.
In 2017 I graduated from Onondaga School of Therapeutic Massage and began my career as a bodyworker immediately after that. I'm dedicated to helping my clients move through physical, emotional, and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible. I aim to learn something new and better myself in some way through every person I meet as I believe my pursuit of knowledge and technique will never stop improving. There is no better joy for me as a professional than seeing someone benefit from an improved lifestyle due to massage therapy.
